Repair kit for leather and vinyl, VLP, manufactured by Performix. This product offers a high strength solution designed to repair small tears and holes in leather covered surfaces or in most types of vinyl. A repair made with VLP is stronger than the original piece of leather or vinyl.

How to use the skin repairman:

The surface must be clean and dry. For best results, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity or windy conditions.

Repair small holes and tears in the skin:

Apply a small amount of VLP to damaged areas. Wait 2 hours of minimum drying time.

Repair long tears on the skin

Pull the area to be repaired you can use an adhesive tape every centimeter. Apply a bead of a few millimeters in the uncovered areas. Let dry for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the adhesive tape. Apply a bead of a few millimeters of VLP throughout the entire repair area. Allow at least 4 hours of drying time before use. Test the product in an inconspicuous area. Suggestion: Do not soil the VLP on dyed materials, as it may cause discoloration. Use alcohol to clean vinyl surfaces. Allow overnight drying whenever possible before use.
